SINGAPORE - Sportswear manufacturer Adidas has launched the Virtual Footwear Wall, a giant touchscreen-enabled display that allows shoppers to have an interactive experience with the brand's shoes.

Adidas launches virtual footwear wall in Singapore

The brand’s first virtual wall in Southeast Asia is located in football specialist store Weston Corporation, located in Queensway Shopping Centre.

An extension of the real product displays, the virtual wall allows users to discover more details about the footwear, as they can explore, analyse and get further product and technology information at a touch.

Following the launch in Singapore, the wall will also be available in Thailand later this year.

Amit Das Gupta, Southeast Asia brand director, noted that the Virtual Footwear Wall is the first of its kind.

“It presents an exciting opportunity in Southeast Asia and complements our already strong retail presence within the region,” he added. “We look forward to making Adidas products more easily and conveniently accessible to customers.”
