According to the agency, Houltham has held management and strategic lead positions within media, digital and advertising agencies.

"Matt is a rare breed, being a fantastic manager of people and one of the best strategic practitioners in the game," said Adam Ferrier, founding partner of Naked Communications.

"Matt's a true lateral thinker and Naked has the business model to support his freethinking approach," he added.

In his new role, Houltham will work with key clients include Kraft, 7-Eleven, TAC and AB Foods.

Reported in September, Naked Communications merged with Bellamy Hayden in Australia to grow its expansion into Southeast Asia.
