Eric Lee reports directly to Donald Chan, JWT China CEO, while Elvis Chau reports to Yang Yeo, JWT Shanghai chief creative officer.

Lee has over 14 years' experience in the industry, the last 10 of which he spent with Leo Burnett prior to assuming his new role. At Leo Burnett, Lee helped to build SmarTone Mobile's business from 300,000 users to nearly one million.

According to the company, Lee will partner with Chan, Yeo and Chau in focusing on Shanghai's business development, digital capabilities and staff development and training.

Elvis Chau began his career at JWT Singapore in 1999 and spent the next 10 years in three different markets - Singapore, Thailand and most recently, China.

In this career, Chau has picked up over 200 international and local awards in shows such as Cannes, Effie Awards, Clio Awards, The One Show, London International, AdFest, Spikes, as well as respective local awards.

"JWT Shanghai has been experiencing positive growth in terms of our business development and creative strength," says Chan. "With the appointment of Eric and Elvis to these roles, we have a strong leadership team set in place to drive this growth into the future and build on the momentum and success that we've been witnessing."
