Krivtchoun starts work on 27 August and is moving to Australia from New York where, for the past two years, she has been director of client strategy at Isobar North America. Her key roles there have been to drive innovation in multi-channel client strategy, management and planning across key accounts as well as lead creative teams across the US.

“Olia’s appointment is a another important step in ensuring that Initiative and our clients are on top of the complexities of the marketplace,” said Initiative Australia CEO Andrew Livingston.

Krivtchoun's announcement follows the appointment of Jeff Tan as digital strategy director at Initiative Melbourne in June and Michaela Turley's appointment as communications strategist in Sydney. Turley joined from Faulkner Media Management where she was a client service director.
