Verve Singapore names Stan Lee as business director

EXCLUSIVE: Lee is the experiential agency’s first senior hire in Singapore as it builds the market into an Asia-Pacific hub.

Experiential agency Verve has appointed Stan Lee as business director for its Singapore office, marking its first senior hire since launching in Asia in November 2025

Lee will lead commercial strategy, client development and team build-out for the Singapore operation, reporting to Michael Pring, Verve’s global client and development director and country head for Singapore.

The hire follows Verve’s expansion into Asia late last year, when the Dublin-founded agency opened its fourth global office in Singapore after Dublin, London and Amsterdam. At launch, Verve said Singapore would serve as a base for supporting existing global clients while developing regional mandates across the Asia Pacific.

“As business director, my remit goes beyond establishing Verve The Live Agency in Singapore operationally,” Lee said to Campaign Asia-Pacific. “It is about shaping the commercial strategy, defining creative ambition and building the right client relationships to support sustainable growth, while positioning Singapore as a strategic hub for the Asia Pacific.”

Lee joins from PMG Asia Pacific, where he was regional event and experience director for more than three and a half years. Prior to that, he founded and ran Muse Inc, an award-winning event marketing agency.

Verve has previously said it would take a measured approach to growth in Asia, starting with around 16 staff and expanding to approximately 20 by the end of 2026, supported by a “fluid talent model” that draws on teams across its international network rather than replicating full-service offices in each market.

Commercial success in the first year will be defined by the quality and sustainability of the business rather than revenue alone, with a focus on repeat business across B2B events, brand experience and sponsorship activations.

Founded in Dublin 35 years ago, Verve is a certified B Corp and works with global brands including Diageo, Coca-Cola, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, Intel and BMW. The agency had already delivered work in Singapore for several clients before establishing a physical presence in the market.
