Speedpost, the Hong Kong Post Office's international courier

operation, has rolled out a campaign to demonstrate that its services

are as efficient as its main rivals, DHL and Federal Express.

The campaign, developed by D'Arcy, shows a parcel with a flashing siren

on top. The parcels were placed at major post offices and they formed

the central image of a print campaign.

D'Arcy Hong Kong executive creative director, Marc Lucas, said: "There

wasn't a need to worry about language." Speedpost's AOR is Saatchi &

Saatchi.

The brand building project was awarded to D'Arcy as Speedpost wanted to

see what other agencies could do for it.
