Located at sanmiguel.com.hk, the initiative marks the annual revamp of the Wild Day Out online platform.
“In order to project a close, personal, and wild experience, we have added the interactive game elements of song voting, in addition to shows’ details and post-show coverage,” said Kitty Cheung assistant brand manager at San Miguel Brewery Hong Kong Ltd.
Music fans are encouraged to register on the site and vote for songs that their favorite singers may sing for them during the show.
“In terms of challenges to engage them online, as this is the fourth year to have a San Miguel Wild Day Out website, the biggest challenge would be how to deliver a brand new online experience for our users and inject excitement to the site,” said Endy Fung, chief creative director of e-Crusade.
The first San Miguel Wild Day Out Bar Show features Taiwanese pop band Xing Guang Bang on 29 May.
AOR media partner Starcom has planned the campaign, including online banners, eDM and TV and print ads.
