Quantum Publicity takes on former Reuters Asia editor as client list expands
Cambodia’s leading PR agency, Quantum Publicity, has hired former senior Reuters’ editor Julian Rake as a Director in its Phnom Penh office, according to the agency's founder and managing director, Glen Felgate.
