A source close to the agency said Chris Jacques, the agency's Asia CEO, will now also oversee Lo's role rather than find a replacement.
Low has worked in the advertising industry for 20 years in Greater China. Before joining M&C Saatchi, Lo (pictured) formed her own brand consultancy, and was CEO of BBDO China in 2004.
Prior to that, Lo launched the Greater China office for the French-based branding consultancy Desgrippes Globe Group in 2001, where she was appointed as GM.
She also has extensive China ad agency experience in the 90s, with senior management roles including GM of Grey Beijing and director of client service for McCann Beijing.
Lo and Jacques were colleagues in the 90s when they worked for Bates Hong Kong.
