The network has appointed Chay Mondejar-Saputil (pictured) as business director of the Manila office, with immediate effect. She will report to Stephane Faggianelli, president of Wunderman Asia Pacific.

She was most recently with Chimes Digital Marketing Solutions as its managing director. She has nineteen years of experience in the IT industry, mainly with Microsoft, which exposed her to a wide array of digital expertise from digital, analytics, and data/CRM.

Commenting on the appointment, Faggianelli said, “I am extremely pleased to see our steady growth across the region in the past four years. With increasing demand from clients in Southeast Asia, offering a full service digital agency in Manila is a strategic development as part of our expansion in emerging markets.”

Mondejar-Saputil, meanwhile, added that, “Wunderman is a leading global digital agency with unparalleled marketing capabilities, it will be an exciting experience to be part of the catalyst of this growth in Philippines.”

With the initial focus on Microsoft, as the digital center for Southeast Asia Wunderman Manila will soon extend its support to other global and local clients.

In September alone, Wunderman network has launched two new offices in China, Wunderman Guangzhou and AGENDA Guangzhou. It also opened ZAAZ, offering performance marketing and analytics services, in Singapore.
