Tribal DDB launches Philips Visual Inspiration Center in China

SHANGHAI - Tribal DDB Shanghai has launched a new project for Philips Lighting in China: The Visual Inspiration Center, an interactive online platform offering information and resources tailored to helping creative professionals make optimal use of innovative possibilities with LED lighting.

The Visual Inspiration Center is an interactive online platform.

The Visual Inspiration Center is a b2b platform that will be the focal point for knowledge, creativity and networking for creative professionals in the design and architecture community in China.

Targeting three main groups – architects, interior designers and lighting designers – the Visual Inspiration Center allows for the sharing of ideas and collaboration between creative professionals and Philips in the enhancement of interior, architecture and landscape design through lighting.

Users will have access to case studies, global lighting trends and knowledge, thought leadership from industry experts in design and product applications, and will be able to share and view each other's professional work and ideas.

"The Visual Inspiration Center will provide a unique China-centric platform and community for creative specialists to build deeper engagements amongst themselves and with Philips in China," said Bert van den Berg, head of marketing, Philips Lighting Greater China.

In 2008, Philips launched an interactive marketing push for its Living Colors lighting products in China.
