“An iconic local establishment, SPRING is a key enabler to Singapore’s fast growing economy,” Sony Wong, CEO of Omnicom Media Group in Singapore said. “PHD will work closely to support SPRING’s vision of putting enterprises from Singapore on the global map. It’s a huge opportunity for us and we are humbled by this win.”

The incumbent is UM Singapore.

SPRING Singapore is an agency under the Ministry of Trade and Industry, responsible for helping Singapore enterprises grow and build trust in Singapore products and services.
