Spa unveils TV-led campaign for new Bangkok airport

The Airport Authority of Thailand has rolled out a TV-led campaign to position Bangkok's new Suvarnabhumi Airport as 'the gateway to Asia' ahead of its opening in September.

Developed by Spa Advertising, the campaign consists of a one-minute TVC with 30-second cut-downs which will be aired on local channels and in cinemas. Twenty one-minute radio spots have also been launched which tell the story of the new airport. "Suvarnabhumi has been built adhering to the highest international standards in aviation safety, security, services, facilities and equipment, making it something Thailand can be proud of," said Kitti Chambundabongse, Spa chairman and CEO. Suvarnabhumi's capacity will be 45 million passengers annually, compared with Bangkok's existing airport's 36 million.
