MindShare Hong Kong recently demonstrated that interactive media is
not necessarily limited to the Internet or digital media.
A 2-D bus shelter poster for client One2Free's horse racing betting
service campaign featured a mock-up of a mobile phone, together with a
betting programme installed inside the bus shelter panel.
Consumers could touch the keypads on the poster and follow step-by-step
instructions on the large handset screen and learn to use the betting
services via their own mobile phones.
MindShare associate director Becky Lam said this 2-D bus shelter poster
turned a traditional medium into an interactive medium, and allowed the
brand to interact with consumers.
The interactive One2Free posters were located at five key sites across
Hong Kong.
