Text100 wins global B2B communications account from Vodafone Group

ASIA-PACIFIC - Vodafone Group has appointed Text100 as its global agency-of-record to support B2B communications campaigns across the globe.

Text100 wins global B2B communications account from Vodafone Group

The appointment comes after a worldwide agency review and subsequent competitive tender process through a global pitch in London.

Text100 will provide strategic planning, global campaign management and local tactical support for B2B initiatives targeting a wide range of enterprise audiences, from SoHo and SMEs to large government/public sector clients and multinational corporations in more than 70 markets.

“One of the key issues for organisations today is the lack of good telecommunication infrastructure to manage information and data, as well as the current trend, bring-your-own-device, which causes corporate information security concerns,” said Anne Costello, regional director of Text 100.

The agency will start with three of Vodafone's key markets from 1 October, including the UK, South Africa and Singapore, which is one of the most active markets as well as the regional hub in the Asia-Pacific area.

Matt Peacock, Vodafone's group communications director, said: “Text100 combines deep sector knowledge and an established global network with a highly creative and integrated approach to enterprise communications."

Enterprise accounts generate a quarter of Vodafone Group's global revenue, and the company now serves more than 30 million business customers around the world.
