Ten Alps Communications rebrands as Contineo Media

SINGAPORE - Publishing company Ten Alps Communications Asia (TACA), with offices in Singapore, Beijing and Shanghai, has rebranded as Contineo Media.

The corporate exercise came following the sale by Ten Alps Plc of its majority 65 per cent stake in the company to Karay Holdings, the investment vehicle of CEO and minority shareholder Raymond Wong.

It has since appointed Thox as its PR agency earlier this month to handle media relations and B2B relations.

The rebranding exercise emphasises the strength of its local ownership and ongoing commitment to providing business-to-business insights for the manufacturing, television and entertainment, and travel and meeting industries in Asia.

It also allows Contineo Media to fortify and strengthen its services in Asia while identifying new growth objectives and developing new client relationships throughout the region.

Raymond Wong, CEO of Contineo Media, said, the name ‘Contineo’ was chosen as it means ‘connect’ - connecting to people and to the world.

"Contineo Media is in the business of connecting business-to-business relationships, and being the connection between buyers and sellers,” he added.
