Lee will report to Nils Andersson, group executive creative director, and Michael Lee, managing director of Ogilvy & Mather Shanghai.
A veteran of China’s advertising world since 1998, Lee has been with Ogilvy Shanghai three years. He has overseen key accounts in the Shanghai and Guangzhou offices, including Sprite, Tudor, Midea, Semir, and Provos.
Lee’s team was recently awarded two silver pencils at the One Show 2008, for the UNICEF ‘Invisible child’ ambient campaign. Its print ad ‘Knocked out’, for local client Yang Chang Coil, also received a Bronze Lion at Cannes Lions 2008.
Prior to joining O&M Shanghai, Lee worked for JWT and Grey in China, as well as stints at Spider Network, BBDO and Bates in Malaysia.

SHANGHAI - Kevin Lee (pictured), creative partner of Ogilvy & Mather Shanghai since early 2006, has been promoted to the newly created ECD post, effective 1 July.
