Mediabrands bolsters regional digital expertise

ASIA-PACIFIC - Mediabrands has appointed Nick Tulloch as regional digital manager and Mike Zeng as digital head at UM China.

Tulloch joins from his role as digital account manager at Initiative UK. In his new role, reporting to head of digital Arun Kumar, he will be responsible for delivering digital services to regional clients, including Johnson & Johnson and Mastercard. 

He will play an important role in leading and developing client relationships at the agency.

“Nick is a welcome addition to the Mediabrands team in Asia-Pacific,” said Kumar. “The energy he brings is outstanding.  I’m sure our clients will appreciate his ability to get more productivity from their on-going digital efforts in the region.” 

At UM China, Zeng will work closely with both Kumar and UM’s local team in the Mainland. He will report to Simon Woodward, CEO of UM China. 

Previously, Zeng was business director and media head at Tribal DDB Shanghai, where he managed a team of 15 overseeing key clients VW China, McDonald's and Acer.

“[The digital team] is an area where UM offers best-in-class services, and Mike has so much to offer in terms of digital strategy, creative and media planning and buying,” said Woodward.
