Cadbury | Dogs in Cars | Australia

Cadbury has enlisted the help of dogs in a Lamborghini to position itself as a lighthearted brand.

Cadbury | Dogs in Cars | Australia
The commercial, shot in the Oran Park Raceway in Sydney, features the pups riding in a Cadbury-purple Lamborghini Diablo, cruising with the wind in their fur. With Johann Strauss II’s waltz blasting in the background, the dogs have their tongues flying in the breeze, adding entertainment but not much in the way of explanation behind the creative concept.

Nevertheless, the ad follows in the footsteps of Cadbury’s hit featuring two siblings with crazy eyebrows and a gorilla, and brings a smile to the viewers, regardless of dogs’ well-known allergy to chocolate.

The ad is aired internationally with a major viral push.
