SINGAPORE - Saatchi & Saatchi Singapore has successfully defended its Republic of Singapore Navy creative business, an account it has held for the past 25 years, following a review through an open government tender.

Saatchi retains long-held Singapore Navy account

John Foley, CEO of Saatchi & Saatchi Singapore & Malaysia, described the win as “hugely significant”. The Publicis Groupe agency will focus on the defense force’s recruitment communications over the coming year.

“We’ll be finding fresh innovative ways to connect with, and convince young Singaporeans that there is a fantastic career to be had by signing up with the Singapore Navy,” Foley added.

It is unclear which other agencies contested the obligatory bi-annual review.
