The Regional Agency Head of the Year award went to J. Walter Thompson's Northeast Asia area director Tom Doctoroff, while JWT Bangkok chief creative officer Pinit Chantaprateep was named Creative of the Year.
OgilvyOne Asia-Pacific was named Below-the-Line Agency of the Year for the category's launch year. MindShare China tied with M&C Saatchi's Sydney office for the Office of the Year award.
Grey Global Group's India chairman Nirvik Singh was named the National Agency Head of the Year.
Victoria Henderson of Universal McCann beat two MindShare executives for the Media Planner/Buyer of the Year prize, while Charles Wigley of BBH scooped the Account/Business Development Person of the Year award.
Media revamped judging and categories for the show's 10th year. For the first time, three external judges were invited, and the process was tabulated and audited by PricewaterhouseCoopers. A total of 139 entries were received.
The Ad Sales Team category was dropped because of a lack of entries.
