TBWA appoints global talent director

NEW YORK - TBWA has named WPP director of executive recruitment Nancee Martin to the newly-created position of worldwide talent director, reporting to Tom Carroll, president, TBWA Worldwide.

Martin will be responsible for identifying and recruiting talent globally, along with staff retention and management for the network.

Based in New York, Martin has had stints at FCB Worldwide, True North Communications in Chicago, and Booz Allen & Hamilton New York.
