Synovate to set up Australian loyalty business
Synovate is to set up a customer loyalty unit in Australia, promoting Mark Poolman, an account director at its Sydney office, to run it. <BR><BR> Poolman (pictured) will report jointly to Brent Stewart, Synovate's CEO for Australia, and Frances Li, Asia-Pacific loyalty director. <BR><BR> "You will find the full range of customer loyalty activities in Australian companies," Stewart said. "Some companies are quite strategic but there are many who could improve their approach and build even more customer loyalty."
