“We saw some outstanding work,” said DDB Worldwide chief creative officer and Spikes chairman, Bob Scarpelli.
Commenting on selecting the Platinum award, he said: “We wanted to send a message to the industry, to all the young people in it and to our own clients, about where we are going. I think we did.”
More than 250 delegates are flying in for tomorrow night’s awards show, with many attending the opening day of the two-day creative conference held in conjunction with the awards.
