Southeast Asia: Headlines - Batey Singapore hit by double resignation blow

Mark Fong and Chris Foo have resigned their respective positions as CEO and COO at Batey/Red Cell. Fong, who was promoted to the CEO position in October 2003, confirmed he would return to a creative role. Foo departs less than a year after coming out of retirement to join Batey in January 2004.
