SOUTHEAST ASIA: Bramham picks up promotion to MD at Burnett Kreasindo

JAKARTA: Dean Bramham has been promoted to managing director of Leo Burnett Kreasindo, replacing Ati Kisjanto, who resigned after the birth of her first child.

Bramham was appointed general manager of the agency last October and officially took over the running of the agency from the end of January this year.

Said Bramham: "The office has been successful in Indonesia. My challenge is to bring it to the next stage."

Leo Burnett in Indonesia currently has the agency and a public relations arm. Bramham said that he intends to broaden the offerings to new areas such as customer relationship management, interactive, field marketing and production.

Bramham has been with Leo Burnett for more than nine years. Prior to moving to Indonesia, he was regional account director for Asia Pacific Breweries, based in Singapore.

He has also worked with Leo Burnett in Toronto and was managing director of the Vietnam office, where his team picked up the country's first Cannes accolade for a television commercial developed for Mercedes Benz in 1999.

Leo Burnett Kreasindo has over 100 staff and is among the top five agencies in Indonesia in terms of size.

Its major clients include McDonald's, Telkomsel, Philip Morris and Honda.
