Sony nets silvers in JCDecaux's HK creative awards
<p>HONG KONG: Sony has walked off as the biggest winner of the </p><p>JCDecaux Pearl & Dean-organised Mass Transit Railway Creative Awards, </p><p>which was held after a one-year hiatus. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>The Japanese consumer electronics giant beat more than 400 entries to </p><p>win two silver awards for its Sony So-net 'Smooth' poster promoting a </p><p>broadband service and Sony CMD-Z28 mobile phone 'Seat' and 'Car' </p><p>campaign. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>The two campaigns were developed by Grey Worldwide and Dentsu Young & </p><p>Rubicam respectively. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>No gold awards were given out because entries fell short of the mark, </p><p>according to the judging panel. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>The judges included Leo Burnett Hong Kong/China chairman and executive </p><p>creative director, Eddie Booth; D'Arcy Hong Kong ECD Marc Lucas; Market </p><p>Catalyst chief creative officer, Christine Pong; and Just Gold's chief </p><p>executive Iris Chung. </p><p><BR><BR> </p>
