Seven to pitch for MAS business
Malaysia Airlines has shortlisted four creative and three media agencies for its advertising business, after a total of 31 shops entered the tender. <BR><BR> According to the airline's communications division, BBDO & Proximity, JWT, Ogilvy & Mather and TBWA-ISC will now respond to RFPs for the creative component, with Carat, MindShare and ZenithOptimedia doing likewise on the media side. <BR><BR> "Criteria taken into consideration included, among others, strength of international network matched to the needs of the national carrier, creativity, track record and resources," said an MAS spokesperson. <BR><BR> The next round of presentations is expected to take place in early to mid-November.
