Yu, who spent three of her 20 years in advertising at McCann, said that she was leaving in order to spend more time with her daughter.

A search is still underway for a successor to Yu, who leaves at the end of this month. To ensure the agency continues on its current growth path, Naus, currently the ECD, has been tapped for the new post of chairman.
