MOVERS: Appointment at Aquent
Aquent has appointed Alex Lou as consultant to service clients and talent within the PR and marketing communications industry. Lou was most recently senior assistant director for the National Arts Council in Singapore, responsible for strategising and executing marketing. Prior to that, he spent six years with Michael de Krester Consultants (MDK) and with the Singapore Tourism Board.
