Nikhilender's promotion is accompanied by two other appointments. Arthur Sung and Vikram Bansal both become executive business directors, from previous director positions. Sung, who launched and runs Activate, will have additional oversight of Motivator, while Bansal's expanded role includes handling key client American Express and developing MindShare Entertainment.
