M&C in key India expansion

M&C Saatchi is to open its 11th Asia-Pacific office after reaching agreement with Delhi-based hot shop Dhar & Hoon and respected industry figure Kamal Oberoi for an operation in India. Oberoi, formerly president of JWT India, will lead the local office as chairman and CEO.
