The Publicis Groupe agency edged out BBDO, Far East DDB and Y&R-backed agency Monday to claim the business.
The appointment follows shortly after Q House suffered a fall in first quarter revenue.
The company's total revenue fell by two per cent, to 2.4 billion Baht (US$75 million), amid delays by the Thai government to reduce mortgage fees and home buyer taxes.
