Kinetic names Mawditt to global planning role

LONDON - Out-of-home specialist Kinetic has appointed CNBC's Nick Mawditt (pictured) to the newly created role of global director of insight and marketing.

Mawditt leaves his post as European head of research at CNBC with a brief to spearhead Kinetic's new  planning capability, called Kinetic People.

His role will involve analysing which outdoor environments are most effective in driving consumer response, across Kinetic's network of 42 offices.

“First class planning is the biggest asset we can deliver our clients," said Mike Segrue, Kinetic’s global chief client officer. “Our planners really need to be business partners to our clients and Nick will play the major
role in helping achieve this.”
