Imagination scoops global shell business

LONDON Leading communications company Imagination has been awarded the contract for Shell's global exhibition programme after a pitch process involving five design and event agencies.

Imagination will be responsible for brand consistency, design and content management, and the implementation of Shell’s exhibitions and trade shows worldwide.

The appointment is a significant win for Imagination. It has managed the Ford Motor Company’s account since 1999. Danny van Otterdky, Shell’s manager visual media, said
Imagination’s experience in managing global programmes made the company the ideal.

Richard Foulkes, Imagination global account director for Shell said: “This was a real team effort
and we are all very enthusiastic about the opportunity of working alongside one of the world’s greatest brands.”
