RITZ-CARLTON SANYA

China’s first Ritz-Carlton Resort will be located in Yalong Bay, next door to its sister hotel the Marriott Sanya, just 40 minutes’ drive from Sanya Phoenix International
Airport. The resort will include 450 rooms, suites and private villas, as well as a 2,800 sqm
spa. For meetings there will be 1,700 sqm of flexible space. A 900 sqm ballroom can
be divided into four distinct rooms.

BANYAN TREE RESORT & SPA SANYA

The 49-villa Banyan Tree Sanya Resort and Spa, located at Luhuitou Bay, will be the first
all-pool villa resort in China. There will also be a spa and hydrotherapy health centre,
signature dining outlets and extensive conference facilities. Two presidential complexes on its premises, on a scale unprecedented in Hainan, will accommodate elite groups and their
entourage of up to 50 in a private compound.

Also located on Yalong Bay, but on the opposite side of the road to the Marriott Sanya, this resort will boast 115 villas with individual private swimming pools. The resort’s main building has 77 guestrooms, meeting rooms, ballrooms and a spa.
