HEADLINES: Tay named head of Singapore's creative awards
The Singapore 4As has named Leo Burnett Singapore creative director Tay Guan Hin as the chairman of this year's Creative Circle Awards (CCA). He is only the second Singaporean to be appointed to the position since the awards' inception in the 1960s. The first was DY&R's Patrick Low in 1996.
