D'Arcy and Starcom have won the creative and media assignment to relaunch Seiko's Alba brand in Asia. There were no incumbents as Alba had been relatively inactive over the past few years. The two agencies have been tasked with developing a new identity for the brand, with the aim of making it more relevant to people in Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Taiwan, according to D'Arcy account director, Lee Tak Chi.
