<p>Newsweek, Washingtonpost.Newsweek Interactive, The Washington Post, </p><p>NBC News, MSNBC.com and MSNBC Cable have formed an alliance to share </p><p>news material and technological and promotional resources, offering </p><p>comprehensive coverage across multiple platforms. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>A major component of the relationship will be the launch of </p><p>Newsweek.MSNBC.com, scheduled for Q1/Q2 this year. MSNBC.com is already </p><p>carrying editorial content from Newsweek.com and Newsweek magazine, and </p><p>has access to content from The Washington Post and washingtonpost.com. </p><p>NBC News multimedia content is also available to both Newsweek.com and </p><p>washintongpost.com, covering broadcast, cable and the Internet. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>The companies will extend their capabilities to serve advertisers in the </p><p>expanding online marketplace, with packages utilising cross-media </p><p>opportunities.
