HEADLINES: Lau named MD of Hachette Filipacchi HK

<p>Ms Winnie Lau, formerly advertising and purchasing manager for </p><p>Louis Vuitton Pacific, has joined Hachette Filipacchi Hong Kong as </p><p>managing director and publisher. In addition, Ms Amanda Turnbull-Ashe </p><p>has been named publishing consultant for the group in both the Hong Kong </p><p>and China markets. Ms Christine Brendle, president and CEO for Hachette </p><p>Filipacchi Asia-Pacific, said that Ms Lau's experience and understanding </p><p>of the world of luxury goods was a major asset, as this category was </p><p>"the cornerstone of advertising revenue for Elle, Car & Driver and </p><p>Orient Beauty". Ms Turnbull-Ashe has been with Hachette Filipacchi since </p><p>1994 in regional as well as Hong Kong/China capacities.
