HEADLINES: Landor's Ip splits duties for stepped-up China bid
Landor Associates is stepping up its move into China, expanding Asia-Pacific managing director Michael Ip's remit to include the MD role for its mainland office. The group's Paris-based Europe president Jean-Louis Dumeu will take on part of Ip's regional responsibilities under his new role as chairman of Europe, Middle East and Asia. "The key objective will be to recruit and train a team of expert branding specialists who will form the basis of our China operations," said Ip, adding that he hoped to have a team of about 10 in place by year end.
