HEADLINES: JWT establishes 'digital agency' in Korea

<p>J. Walter Thompson has signed a JV with Korean Technology Banking </p><p>Corp (KTB) to establish Thompson Digital KTB, described as a digital </p><p>agency. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>JWT will hold 51 per cent and maintain day-to-day control over the new </p><p>agency, while KTB and its affiliates will hold the remaining 49 per </p><p>cent. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>Thompson Digital KTB will be headed by JWT Korea MD Dong Wook Kim. </p><p><BR><BR> </p>
