Headline: Dentsu buys out Korean affiliate in growth plan
Dentsu is to take over its Korean affiliate, Dentsu InnovaK, buying out partner company Phoenix Communications and purchasing the majority of the shares owned by Lee Kei Myung, a member of InnovaK's board. Dentsu said the deal would enable it to enhance InnovaK's services.
