Reiter joined as executive director of FutureBrand in July 2010, having been head of planning at Ogilvy in Jakarta and with a background in consultancy, branding and communications.

Tim Riches, CEO for Singapore and chief growth officer for Asia-Pacific, since August 2009 will refocus on his regional growth role, based in Singapore, which includes marketing, relationship and product development for the business across the region.

FutureBrand boasts a number of recent pitch wins including major regional projects for TH Group in Vietnam, Onyx Hospitality in Bangkok, Teluk Datai Resorts in Malaysia – along with Singapore wins including JTC, Republic Polytechnic, International Sepak Takraw Federation, Asia Sports, Rotary Engineering and Markono.

Riches said, “2010 was an important year in the evolution of FutureBrand’s approach to the market in this region. Last year’s priorities of building a more robust base for the business, office relocation and getting the right core team of talent have been achieved, and we’re now looking at a very strong start to the new year and an evolved approach to the business of branding. This new structure is a better reflection of how our business operates in the region, and is more focused on delivery against the needs of clients.”

Reiter says that FutureBrand is moving into a very dynamic period with exciting new global tools, including offerings tailored specifically to the needs and opportunities of Asian clients and markets, and a renewed team. “We’re seeing clients based in the region becoming ever more ambitious for their brands, and MNCs becoming increasingly refined in their engagement of the diverse opportunities of SE Asia,” she said.

As well as Reiter, recent hires include Benjamin Ong in the position of design director, Rose Tan as client business manager, Glenda Quek as client business manager, Tursiana Setyohapsari as client business director (Jakarta) and Minh An Nguyen as client business manager (Hanoi).
