FOCUS: INDIA - Peerbhoy moves to Darcy as executive CD

<p>Mr Sajid Peerbhoy, who founded Mumbai-based Speer Advertising in </p><p>the '80s, has joined Ambience D'Arcy as executive CD. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>He described Ogilvy & Mather, which bought 80 per cent of Speer two </p><p>years ago, as the most creative agency in the country. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>Mr Peerbhoy says he wants to equal O&M's creative quality at D'Arcy, and </p><p>then surpass it. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>Mr Ashish Bhasin has moved from Initiative Media to Ammirati Puris </p><p>Lintas to head the agency's strategic media planning business. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>Rediffusion DY&R has named Ms Paulomi Dhawan vice-president of The </p><p>Media Edge, Y&R's media management company. </p><p><BR><BR> </p>
