The New Yorker. You need to be a New Yorker to get the entire editorial context, but its worth the cover price for the writing.

Favourite restaurant?

Da Domenico in Causeway Bay. The decor is aesthetic terrorism but the food and service is worth the ransom.

My iPod. Being able to take my entire music collection (which is huge since I used to work for a music channel) from the living room to the car to the ferry means I can score my day.

Favourite fashion designer?

Paul Smith suits, Gucci perfumes.

Ginger, one of my cats. He loves closets and cupboards ,especially with the door closed. No idea why. He had half his tail missing when I got him, so I guess I shouldn't be too surprised.

Bill Murray.

Reebok's 'Humans from Earth'.

I wish I could ... but I can't, so stop asking.

Last thing to cross your mind before bed?

A highlights reel of my day, with close-ups and plotlines I missed on the first screening.
