Devereux departs Burson-Marsteller

HONG KONG - After 11 years with the agency, Asia-Pacific managing director Mary Devereux (pictured) is departing Burson-Marsteller.

“It’s been a long time with one company,” explained Devereux, who spent six years with WPP sister agency Ogilvy prior to joining Burson. In 2004 Devereux left B-M for Disney, a shift that only lasted three months before her return to the agency. She is currently exploring possibilities for her next role.

“Mary’s contribution to Burson-Marsteller over the years has been enormous, in global and regional client leadership, new business development, as a market leader, an author, a client trainer, mentor and a teacher for new talent,” said B-M regional president and CEO, Simon Pangrazio.
