The deal will see Clemenger take “significant minority equity” in NetX, an independent, full-service digital agency, with NetX remaining a separate and autonomous company.
The alliance will give Clemenger access to NetX’s digital expertise and technological resources. NetX’s media unit will also align with Clemenger’s OMD Digital, creating a combined unit with billings in excess of AUD$55 million (US$43 million).
The partnership will see NetX launch a New Zealand operation later this year.
