Tsai will split his time between Braun, Air New Zealand and FedEx.
He replaces outgoing pair, Shannon Tham and Keat Soh.
Tsai was most recently a creative director at Ogilvy & Mather Taiwan for three years, where he worked on accounts such as Motorola, Levis and KFC. He has received nods from Cannes, Clios and Adfest.
