The arrangement is expected to mean few changes in practice for 10AM. The eight year-old agency will continue to operate as a separate entity, but will be aligned to the Bates network.
The Singaporean shop will be able to leverage Bates' network scale in 21 offices in 15 countries, where 10AM does not have a presence, for clients with international ambitions such as CCTV.
Bates, meanwhile, will benefit from 10AM's creative firepower.
